Presentation
Individual presentations of five (5) minutes to the class on your topic. Summarize and share conclusions based on our research that will form the basis for the Final Exam.
Research Project
A research paper that is 6-8 pages in length.
The 1619 Project book must be one of your sources plus a minimum of 6 additional sources, books or articles, from the Taft College Library.
Format the paper according to MLA Handbook, 9th ed., including Times New Roman or Ariel font, size 12, Double-spaced, and 1" margins all around. See the MLA 9th ed. tab on this guide for details on formatting your citations and Works Cited page.
